SMART SENSING · AIR QUALITY · ESG REPORTING

Know what your green spaces are actually doing.

Most green installations in Philippine buildings have no data. No monitoring. No proof they're doing anything. When a developer asks "what's the ROI?" — there's nothing concrete to show. When a sustainability audit asks for evidence, there's nothing to submit.

BloomIQ changes that. A smart sensing layer that monitors continuously and reports automatically — so the investment your client made in nature has numbers behind it.

WHY BLOOMIQ / INSIGHT & CURRENT GAP

Most green installations give you no data at all.

You don't know if your plants are healthy until someone notices a problem. You don't know whether air quality has improved since the installation went in. You don't know the temperature difference between the green side of the room and the empty side. And when it comes to ESG reporting, you have nothing concrete to show for the investment.

The consequences of no data are more serious than they sound. Green walls without measurable proof of function are increasingly dismissed as expensive greenwash — feature items that look good in photographs but contribute nothing documented to the building's environmental performance. The sustainability consultant who needs evidence for LEED, WELL, or BERDE certification cannot use an installation they cannot measure.

Philippine design professionals already know the gap. The comparison to Singapore — where smart green building monitoring is becoming standard practice and green building targets are mandatory — comes up regularly. The tools that make green installations measurable and certifiable are not available locally. BloomIQ is being built here, for the Philippine market, calibrated to Philippine building conditions and local certification requirements.

BloomIQ exists to change that. A smart sensing layer — installed across any green space — that monitors continuously and reports automatically.
