An on-site assessment focused on contained greenery solutions such as green walls, vertical gardens, indoor planting, or single-area installations. This visit allows our team to evaluate site conditions, technical requirements, and design considerations specific to the proposed greenery system, providing grounded guidance to support confident next steps. Notes: 1. Fee credited toward design services if project is undertaken. 2. Out-of-town fee applies to location outside Metro Manila
Cancellation Policy
At Felize Botanica, we value thoughtful design, clarity, and mutual respect for time and expertise. Our booking process ensures that every consultation and site assessment receives focused, professional attention. 1. By-Appointment Basis All design consultations and site assessments are conducted by appointment only and are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed once the applicable assessment fee has been settled. 2. Assessment Fees & Payment Assessment fees are required in advance to secure a booking. Fees are non-refundable, as time and professional resources are reserved specifically for each client. Assessment fees may be credited toward the succeeding design phase if you proceed with Felize Botanica within the stated validity period (typically 30 days), unless otherwise specified. 3. Scope of Assessments Assessment services are intended to: -Understand project goals, site conditions, and design direction -Provide professional insight and feasibility guidance -Determine appropriate next steps for design or implementation -They do not include detailed drawings, finalized layouts, or construction documents, which are provided under a separate design agreement. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. One (1) complimentary reschedule is allowed, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the assessment fee. 5. Timing & Site Access Online consultations follow the scheduled time strictly; late arrivals may result in a shortened session. For on-site assessments, clients are responsible for ensuring site access at the agreed time. Delays or lack of access may be considered a completed visit. 6. Professional Discretion Felize Botanica reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our design standards or to adjust scope based on the assessment tier booked. By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Booking & Assessment Policy.
